Included are all kitchen utensils, a microwave, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher etc. There is also a little fenced in yard (perfect for dogs). This condo has tons of walking/biking areas including around two lakes! Walking distance from Medical Center of the Rockies and a short 6 minute drive to McKee Medical Center. Close to tons of restaurants and shops including all of the shops at centerra. It is also right next to the highway and close to the mountains! Boyd lake is about a 6 minute drive as well. Pets are welcome; unfortunately no kitties due to allergies, sorry for the inconvenience! Asking for $1200 with $1000 deposit.
