1. PREMISES

No illegal activities or disturbances are permitted.
8. PETS
Pets are not allowed.
Pets are allowed subject to the following terms:
$300 pet deposit
$50 per month pet rent
9. SUBLETTING
Tenant may not sublet or assign this Lease without written permission from Landlord.
10. ENTRY BY LANDLORD
Landlord may enter the Premises for inspections, repairs, or emergencies with 24 hour prior notice, except in cases of emergency where no notice is required.
11. TERMINATION & MOVE-OUT
Upon termination, Tenant shall:
Vacate the Premises by the last day of leased month by 5:00 pm.
Return all keys.
Leave the Premises in clean condition, subject to normal wear and tear.
12. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
