I am looking for a quiet professional person who will be compatible with my 2 dogs and myself. I am a friendly, hospitable person, who is active in the community and a VolunteerCaregiver. I appreciate a good sense of humor in people. There is currently no Wi-Fi service in this home, although t.v. offers HBO via Comcast. (Previous occupant had internet service via Comcast). All applicants will be screened with a background check and will require a credit report and 3 references (personal and professional). This is a shared home with the owner, so I'm looking for a tenant who is compatible with the household. Absolutely no drug use, including cannabis. Tenant will be responsible for keeping their room and any common areas clean and tidy. There will be a 30-day trial period, after which, a lease can be negotiated, if desired.
