The neighborhood is great for families or groups and provides a peaceful backdrop for your glamping experience. A car is recommended for exploring nearby parks, beaches, trails, and local attractions. The property offers a peaceful and private glamping setting while keeping you close to outdoor adventures and entertainment in the surrounding area. Please note that there may be another guest staying in a separate, fully fenced area of the property, ensuring privacy while sharing the space. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. The booking guest must be at least 23 years of age to check-in, and security will request an ID upon arrival. Check-in time is 4 pm EST and checkout time is 11 am EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes (rounded up). If cleaners determine smoking or vaping has taken place inside the rental, a $250 penalty will be charged. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property. A violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. If granted permission, the weapon must be licensed and safely secured at all times. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $35 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. It is common to encounter the occasional pest. If pets feces are left behind, a penalty of $75/incident will be charged. Unauthorized pets will incur a penalty of $400 per pet and possible cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without a refund.
