The backyard is split into a left and right side. The left side is the backyard of the home, landscaped with outdoor chairs and an area for dogs to roam. The right side of the backyard is an RV. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. Pets must be leashed when not inside or in the backyard, and guests must pick up after their pet or incur a penalty of $75 per incident. If cleaners determine smoking or vaping has taken place inside the rental, a $250 penalty will be charged. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property, and a violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250.
