Own a piece of Bolivar County History - Emma Knowlton Lytle home featuring all original woodwork, leaded windows, custom painted murals, and Southern Colonial Architecture. **This home has not been inspected**To the current owner's knowledge there have been no significant updates to the electrical, plumbing or septic. The only confirmed repairs were to the soffit, fascia, and roof trusses. Most likely the roof was replaced 5-10 years ago. We have no info about the presence of lead paint or condition/functionality of the fireplaces. It does appear that all but one were originally coal burning & not wood burning. There is currently know functioning heat or air in the property.
