The resort is located 1 mile from Springmaid Pier and 1.5 miles from the 2nd Ave. Pier. Hurl Rocks Park is located next door to the south. This oceanfront end unit provides unobstructed and incredible views of the ocean, sunrises and the city. There are 4 motels situated to the north of Ocean Park that are up to 6 stories high. So the best views down the beach and of the city are found from units located between floors 7 to 12. The resort has on-site maintenance and security. There are heated indoor and outdoor pools & Jacuzzis, as well as a fully equipped fitness center. This single owner unit was rented from 1986-2006. Recently, the entire unit was completely refurbished, including bedroom, bathroom (2-person walk-in shower), kitchen, living room. laundry. closets, carpet and tile. Crown moulding was installed throughout and new wall air conditioners purchased in 2014. Can provide very specific cash flow information for 1986-2006 for those interested in renting unit out. Because of views and quality of unit furnishings, some years had 330+ days of rentals. The resort provides Wi-Fi, replaced their two elevators in 2010 and the homeowners association has maintained a very good capital reserve and provides a high value resort appearance at all times.
