Looking for a long term female roommate. Must have reliable income and be a genuine kind(and clean) person. Home is a beautiful house in fountain valley off magnolia and Ellis always with plenty of street parking, backyard home gym, pool table, sauna, outdoor fireplace, etc. It's a 5 bedroom house, me my girlfriend, my little sister, and best friend live here(all pretty laid back). I used to work from home but now have an office so looking to have a roommate to help cover rent. I'm Cory,(27 year old guy) and my 15 year old little sister Abby(I'm her legal guardian and take care of her full time) and my best friend since elementary school Matt(26 year old male), girlfriend is 23 Makenna. were all into eating very clean, live active lifestyles, and love the ocean. I'm looking for female roommate specifically because my sister being safe and comfortable is my #1 priority and I am not going to have some random guy/s move in.(I'm gone from 6am-6pm most days so want her to always be safe and comfortable at home. We also have a very old little dog named Charlie who sleeps all day. I own a couple local businesses that keep me more than busy, I'm up before sunrise ever morning for a surf before I start work. My sister is an absolute sweetheart super mellow girl. we have a decent garden going, lemons, tangerines, morninga, papaya, guava, and a couple herbs maid comes 2x/month(All utilities, internet and maid cost lumped into flat 200$/month), parking is street parking, plenty of parking right in front of house not a busy neighborhood).
