I'm a 26 year old young professional male looking for 2 roommates (male or female) to share my newly rented house with me. The house offers comfortable charm, not far from the intersection of Lakeside and Hilliard Rd on the north side of town. Close to the Lewis Ginter Gardens and the Lakeside Farmers Market.I work full time at the Faison School for Autism and consider myself to be a responsible, easy going kind of person. I live pretty low-key during the week and like to keep busy, but enjoy hanging out with friends, going out, and doing anything active outside on the weekends. Looking for like-minded roommates, looking for a reasonable priced, laid-back living arrangement.There are 2 rooms upstairs available for rent. There is one full bath upstairs and a half bath downstairs off of the kitchen, of which will be shared between tenants. Of the two rooms available for rent, one is smaller. I'm asking $425 for the larger room, and $350 for the smaller. Utilities will be split between us. The rest of the house will be shared, including a living room, dining room, basement with washer and dryer, and the backyard/patio.Looking to fill the rooms as soon as possible.
