New hibiscus pink/orange exterior paint job and bakery box-white interior paint. 2 new mini-split AC/heaters, very comfortable temperatures. New fridge with water/ice maker. Gas stove. We were a family of 3 and loved it, so one room can be used for a child. We lived in this soulful house for 15 yrs and recently moved out of state and got it remodeled to rent. Great street and very walkable. We always parked on street in front of the house, but off-street parking is available on the lot off the alley. Fenced front yard. Property mngr is dear friend and lives down the street, he takes care of the simple yard and maintenance. We own two houses on 10th St so we have these older houses dialed in for turnkey rental and no drama maintenance. I'd prefer to do all-bills-paid, so total would be $2,125. There is an airstream off the alley that shares utilities, that is why I prefer all bills paid. The tenant in the airstream is a musician/electrician named Morgan, very friendly.
