The house features spacious common areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a peaceful backyard perfect for unwinding or hosting friends. The bathroom is shared by two of the roommates. The bedroom for rent is furnished with two small shelving units and a bed. We tend to start with a 3-month lease to see how we work together. Then a 6-month, then 12-month, afterwards.
