Start by driving down a dirt road (don't ya love old dirt roads? remember, this is the country!)...pass by the red horse barn...(this is a 3 acre parcel with a horse pasture, a main house and 2 casitas in the back, and then a little more land after the casitas)....pass by the main house, then enter your own private entrance on the right. There are 2 casitas back here #A and #B. #B is the slightly smaller unit and this is the one currently available for rent. All of my past tenants have loved it here and have not wanted to leave, but have had to do so due to circumstances. You share the laundry with #A, as it is in an outside closet for unit #A. A fence seperates the main house from these back casitas. Please note that the other casita is right next door to you so you will have a neighbor. They are nice though (I only want nice people who are neighborhly) Youve got about 1/2 acre behind you that is just open space. You can walk around in it and hang out, or just enjoy not having another house right next to you and enjoy the open space. There is not really much storage, so if you have a lot of stuff you will have to bring your own storage to store stuff outside or get a storage unit. I'm ok with having a little bit of stuff sit outside, but I dont want tons of stuff sitting outside. We do have some chickens and goats at the main house that we may need occasional help with as we are living in the main house on a part time basis. The tenant in unit A is currently helping us out without for a small fee, however it would be good to have a backup in case they arent available, so please make sure you are able to help with the chickens and goats if needed ( just letting them in and out at morning and night and adding some food and water for them, nothing major). Pets are welcome for an additional fee. Looking for a minimum of a 6 month lease. Youll be responsible for minor landscaping around the property, otherwise our landscape maintenance company will do the rest. All utilities are included in the rent. The property is not furnished.
