Hi, and thanks for stopping by! This casita sits on a 3 acres parcel of land. The parcel is divided into 3 sections There is the front part which has some horse property, a barn and the main house. That part is rented out, and you will not have access to any of that side. It is divided by a wooden fence so it kind of feels like it is a seprate property anyways. Behind the main house sits the 2 casitas. This one, and then the other one next to it. This casita is slightly bigger than the other one we have not measured it but we think it is approximately 500 sq ft (Please measure for yourself if you want to confirm). The casita was remodeled a few years ago and is in great condition. The washer and dryer is in a closet outside. Please note that the casita next door shares this washer and dryer with you. *Side note, there is a space that we rent to an RV who lives in the way back of the property who also uses the washer and dryer, but more on that later You will have access along with the other casita, to this back of the property. There are some beautiful old oak trees that keep it shady. Its very peaceful as it is off a dirt road and not much traffic goes through. You will sea the hawks fly high in the sky, hear roosters crow and hear the goats next door do their goat thing. Behind the casitas is a little bit of acreage and just plain land that you can use if you would like. Maybe set up a hammock or something Back to the RV situation...he lives in the way back of the property which is blocked by some trees and bushes. You can't even see the RV and you'll never even know he is there as he works most of the time. Really nice and simple guy. The best thing is...all utilities are included We just installed new AC too! Please note that the unit comes unfurnished. Please note when you are coming to look at the property. You will drive past the red barn, go past the main house....down about 100' you'll see a chain link fence with a gate on the right, and in there is the 2 casitas.
