We have loved living here, and we are sad we have to move out of state! The best thing about this apartment is that it has an upstairs and a downstairs, which makes it feel more like a house. The neighbors are very quiet (we almost never hear them). Lots of room for storage in house and in the shed outside. Part of the Provo River runs in a canal next to the house, which you can hear at night if your windows are open.
This apartment could work for a small family or split between a couple of friends. The management company has been awesome to work with; they are very helpful and prompt at answering maintenance calls.
