I have a 2-bedroom, 1 bath, ~600 sf home, for rent starting on July 1st. The home is 1/2 of a duplex (the other half will also be available for rent on July 1st, after a complete remodel is completed. See below for more information) located in Sunnyside on Center St. The home was remodeled in May of 2018 and features stainless steel stove, LED lights throughout, refinished hardwood floors, and double paned windows. The house has a heater, but no A/C. The house has two exterior doors, one leading into the living room, and 1 leading into the larger bedroom, and both exterior doors have deadbolted steel security doors. There is a large asphalt parking area out front of the home for off-street parking. The home has a larger bathroom, with dual flush toilet and tile shower. The unit does not have a washer and dryer inside, nor are there any hookups due to its size, though there are is a laundromat down the street. The home is being offered for $1,000 per month. A security deposit, equal to one month s rent ($1,000), is required at lease signing. The rent includes water, sewer, and trash (garbage can and recycling bin), but the rent DOES NOT include gas (for the heater and stove) and electricity. These utilities, along with any cable (the house currently has a Dish HD receiver on the roof), or internet are the responsibility of the tenant. Background, eviction, and credit checks will be performed on all occupants over the age of 18. Each adult must fill out a rental application (which I will have on-hand during the showing) and each adult is required to pay an application fee ($35) before their application will be processed.
