Second floor apartment in a duplex. 2 bed 1 bath with newer carpet, eat-in kitchen, small yard for the 2nd floor tenant (responsible for cutting the grass). Shared basement (accessed through exterior) with lots of storage space and newer shared washer and dryer. Central heat, no a/c. The 2nd bedroom is small, good only for a baby or office. We use Zillow applications. In order to avoid anyone spending time or money on touring & applications, NOTE: All adults must be on the lease and must fill out an application. Additional notable items are: 1. all applicants must have at least 580 credit score 2. all applicants must not have been evicted in the last 5 years 3. all applicants must pass background check (7 years or whatever Zillow's check timeframe is, whichever is shorter) 4. Combined, the income of applicants is at least 3x the rent ($2,700/mo, 32,400/yr). This will be verified.
