We have apartments available in the Gautier area for low income households providing on site playgrounds, storage, and walking track. Each apartment will be supplied with washer, dryer, stove, refrigerator, and microwave. We will have a community area available to rent out for special occasions or gatherings as well! Renter is responsible for Power, water, and gas charges. The initial lease is good for one year from signing date. After such time, we move to a month-to month lease. We ask to only use the parking located in front of the building you reside in. We do not allow smoking within the units. We will have maintenance available on property to address any concerns you may have.
