Lease signing and move-in a. Landlord and tenant must sign lease prior to move-in date. b. Refundable security deposit ($1100), cleaning deposit ($200), and first month rent is required prior to move in. The reservation deposit will be applied towards money due at move-in. REQUIREMENTS. 1. Occupancy limits: The maximum number of occupants is 2. 2. Income: Household gross monthly income must be at least 2.8 times the monthly rent. 3. Credit screening: Credit score must be 625 or higher 4. Background screening: Applicants must have no criminal history. 5.
