We have run a bed and breakfast using the two main floor bedrooms (with individual entrances) during the summer tourist season for the last eight years, so we know there is income potential in this home. Our home is within a couple minutes of the small boat harbor and a five minute drive to the downtown area. All three schools (elementary, middle school and high school) are only blocks away from our home. The hot tub on the back deck and sunken firepit in the yard help us to relax and rejuvenate after a long Alaskan day.
