    What's special

Hello everyone, My wife and I have decided to sell our 1 bed room apartment. We are choosing to sell it ourselves to not have to deal with sales agent fees. I took as many pics as I could on a random Wed evening. Anything that is blacked out is because we are just concealing private pictures. This apartment is pretty amazing because of the following: 1. Location - the apartment is right off the corner of East 19th street and Quentin Road. You are literally a quick walk up away from the side door to the building on east 19th street. This unit is also located on the corner of the building. And due the unit being on the 2nd floor, it means that you do not need to deal with noise from neighbors. Speaking of the neighbors, they are extremely sweet and have been long time members of the building's community. Plus, easy commute with the nearby B Express and Q Local trains to Manhattan located at the Kings Highway Station and various buses such as B2, B31, B 49, and B82 & B100 are nearby along with shopping and restaurants, sports clubs, pharmacies, and many other convenient stores and parks. 2. Amenities - Other than a parking spot, central air, and in-unit washer/dryer, this apartment has it. Between big windows, high ceilings, camera for security, lighting, tons of closet space, tons of cabinets, etc this apartment has it all. 3. Modern Design - If you wanna buy a cheaper apartment that is run down and needs 100k to fix up, you can go ahead and do that. But luckily, this apartment is done. You can move in and literally not do a thing and you will be good to go. The color scheme, textures, materials, are very modern and up-to-date with the times. 4. Safe - There is video surveillance, an on-site superintendent, laundry in the basement, and storage for an additional monthly fee. Plus, our superintendent is very strict when it comes to garbage so yes a building with no bugs! 5. Size - You can easily fit a king bed with space to spare, has plenty of windows, an oversized double door closet, a windowed bathroom with a cozy spa-inspired design, and a full bathroom, updated vanities, and wall-mounted storage space for your personal products. Furthermore, this 1bedroom apartment is 900 square feet, do we need to keep going? 6. Investment - Rent is allowed with approval by the board after one year. No flip taxes.

This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Zillow. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.
