The house is on the uphill side of the street and it has a great view plus a Greenbelt behind the house. There is off street parking for two cars. Since the house is in the valley, you have the option to use the Mountaineer shuttle, to go skiing or restaurants. The house has a electric heat pump, which will give you heat or air conditioning. I am looking for a long-term rental. No smoking of any kind. And I will allow a small well behaved dog under 20 pounds. We will share the payment of utilities.
