We have a townhome available for rent in the desirable community of Mackintosh. This unit features three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and a one-car garage. The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, a gas range, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. A washer and dryer are also included, though the tenant will be responsible for their maintenance. Rent for this property includes landscaping and yard maintenance, as well as access to community amenities such as the gym, sport courts, and pools. To qualify, prospective tenants must provide a one-month security deposit and the first month's rent. All applicants will undergo a background check, credit check, reference check, and income verification. A government-issued ID is required for all showings, without exception.
