The brand new kitchen features a SubZero refrigerator, a Thermador gas range, Sharp microwave drawer, dishwasher, blender, plenty of cookware for a dinner party, dining table to seat 6 people. The living room features two large sofas, a gas fireplace and a large flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a private bath with a double vanity and a custom tiled shower. Bedroom #2 has a king size bed. Bedroom #3 has two sets of twin size bunk beds to sleep four people. The full size shared bath includes a custom tiled shower. All bedrooms have custom closet systems. The first floor gives you your beach front access you've been looking for. Once you open those doors on the waterside you step out onto the screened in patio. Beyond the patio is the front lawn which leads you onto Gray Gables Beach! There you can enjoy watching the kids swim to the dock, play in the sand, paddle board throughout the cove, watch the boats pass through the Cape Cod Canal and much, much, more! The first floor provides you with a lower level living room which has a full size pull out couch and a large flat screen TV. Bedroom #4 has a queen size bed and an ensuite full size bathroom with a custom tiled shower. On the first floor you will also find a half bath and laundry room with a full size washing machine and dryer. The house is equipped with an outside shower, two car garage, high speed wifi, air conditioning, plates, bowls, serving platters, cups, wine glasses, mugs, coffee maker, appliances, blender, bed linens, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, iron, ironing board and hair dryer.
