I'm looking to sublease a studio apartment for the Spring semester, up until the lease end-date on May 31st. The studio is part of a larger apartment complex (Carriage House Apartments, located in Cayuga Heights), and is a direct 15-20 minute walk from North Campus. The studio itself is spacious: it features a large living room, furnished with a desk, couch, dining table and chairs; a full bathroom; a full kitchen, with a large amount of cabinet storage space and oven, range, refrigerator, and microwave; a small foyer entry space with a large walk-in closet; and a bedroom that has a dresser, a mattress, and a small closet. The apartment has a series of wide windows on the far wall of the living room, and as a result it receives a lot of natural light. The items and furnishings listed are the only items and furnishings for the apartment--at the time of photographing some of my items/belongings were still in the apartment, but upon move-in they will be removed. The monthly rent is $925/month, in addition to a $925 deposit upon signing. The apartment is set up with AC & heating. The monthly utilities are not included and will be the responsibility of the tenant to pay. There is a coin-operated washing and drying facility within the apartment building, located across the hall. The apartment is set up for cable, and is wired for internet as well. Additionally, the studio is close to Cayuga Heights Community Corners, as well as the Ithaca Mall and Triphammer Marketplace! Lastly, there is free parking in the lots adjacent to the apartment building. Tenant responsible for monthly electricity and utility bills.
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Zillow. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.
