This home is located on a safe street in a family/dog friendly environment. It is 3 bedrooms and 1 bath and 1 shower with a fenced in yard I live in a small downstairs apartment with a separate entrance. I have had tenant for 10 years with no problems. If you want a reference, please reach out. It is comfy and and clean with a fenced in back yard full of fruit trees, birds and berries The rent includes utilities. I have solar panels and 200 a month is allocated for electricity. If it goes over, we split the difference. If careful, the solar energy is stored and maybe goes over just one month, usually in December. I am just asking tenants to be comfortable but not wasteful. There are also 2 propane heaters. The propane is full. They are used in the sauna room and the living room if desired. At the end of the lease, the tenant is required to have the tank refilled. There is sauna that has an separate entrance that I wish to use for myself.( I am flexible to share with a discussion). I usually use it 3 x a week in the morning. We can arrange for privacy and have a privacy lock. All the beds are equipped with sheets and coverings, but no pillows. We require a months deposit and a non refundable deposit for your pet.
