Large back yard with veggie and fruit gardens. The BIW first shift bus picks up in front of my house and returnes at end of day. As of this date there is room on the bus. The price is $1.00 each ride. The rent is $150.00 a week to be paid in 2 week intervals. With a security deposit of $100.00. I do not require a lease but I do require proof of employment and proof of vaccinations for the safety of us all. I have a med size, well trained hound dog and 2 Maine Coon cats who love to catch mice. Use of back deck. No overnight guests. We are not a party house. We are quiet, respectful, and funny. Smoking is allowed on back deck. Rent is $150 a week to be paid every 2 weeks. No exceptions. No checks, cash only please. I require no lease but would appreciate at least a 2 week notice of you moving. There is a $100 security deposit.
