There is excellent storage in the unit. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher and disposal. The yard/hillside is available for whatever creativity you wish to express. Water is included, though I might consider charging an additional amount if water usage skyrockets. You pay PG&E, Wi-Fi/TV and garbage (unless my cans allow your additions). I do not charge for a credit report, but would like you to submit one that you've pulled from the Web. Your current financial behavior, not your FICO score, is what interests me.
