Neighborhood Description This is a great neighborhood; quiet and very low traffic. Just about every family on the street is quite friendly. The neighborhood has a nice mix of families with kids, older couples and young couples. The neighborhood association throws parties at the beach during the summer and at the start of the school year. The neighborhood is on the Newtown/Brookfield border (Ours is the last house in Newtown, in fact), with easy access to three towns -- Newtown, Brookfield, and New Milford.
