This three bedroom, two bathroom cabin is perfect for a small family that would love easy access to the playground, putt putt, horseshoes, basketball, fishing lake, and much more! This fully furnished cabin has a kitchen, dining room, and living room featuring a wood burning fireplace. The upstairs has a king bed and bathroom with a walk in shower. The downstairs bedrooms include one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds and a hallway bathroom. Spend Sunday afternoon grilling on your private porch and watching the kids play at the nearby playground. All utilities included- water, trash pick up, cable, internet, and electricity (at a contracted capped rate per month). One small dog permitted with a set pet fee. All cabins are non-smoking indoors and include a parking pad for up to three vehicles. Only four occupants and a minimum age of 25 to rent.
