Driveway, large parking area and laundry room with Bernard new machines are shared with a quiet, wonderful professional couple in the next house (semi-detached). Backyards and entrances are completely private. These two houses built on almost half an acre. This property looks very spacious. Great commuter location, shuttle for train station picks up/drops off at front door, walk to restaurants and supermarket. Things to note before scheduling the tour: 1- There are two houses built on a same piece of land (separated by the laundry room). Both houses have their own separate entrances, backyards and electric meters. 2- Bathroom Ceilings is relatively low-6 feet. 3- Bedroom and living room on ground floor are NOT big sized rooms. House does have a lot of charm and soul but the bedroom and the living room are not huge.
