The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, the stove is gas as well as the heating. Dimmer switches are installed in the main rooms. Additional storage is available in the basement. The back door, which is by the assigned parking space, has keyless entry and a small area to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening, a security system is installed. The apartment is being rented unfurnished, water/sewer are included, however no pets and no smoking. The house, which has been entirely refurbished, dates to 1865 and has only two apartments, it is in the ideal Munjoy Hill location, Rosemont Market, Hilltop Coffee and the 'Hill' restaurants are around the corner. The Eastern Promenade and Eastern beach are within a short walk as well as the old port and other parts of town. The new and vibrant area of inner Washington Avenue is just down the hill.
