It is 3 stories, two bedrooms and a shared bathroom on the top floor. An all hardwood floor, bright living/dining room 2nd floor. And an in-unit washer and dryer with plenty of storage place in the garage area. One time pet fee: $300 Pet rent: $50/month Tenant will be responsible for their utilities. Safety deposit will be collected on first month of rent. Open to a 6 month and 12 month lease. No Smoking is allowed. Parking spot is directly outside of townhouse.
