This unit is fully furnished and comes with a separate bedroom, and living/dining area including a full kitchen. All utilities included (electric, water, internet). Plenty of street parking. Shared washer/dryer. Home owner lives in main house with her cat and tortoise. The cat would be willing to consider a friendly dog moving in - but nothing that will chase her (she's the queen). Looking for someone who will fit in with the low key vibe. Would prefer single professional/retiree/military. This is a non-smoking household.
