The second level of the apartment (the 3rd floor of the house) has 2 bedrooms, a half bath, and ample storage space. There are hardwood floors throughout the unit. Air conditioning is provided. There is off-street parking for 4 cars and a beautiful (shared) yard. Washer and dryer, exclusive to apartment, are located in the basement where there is additional storage space. The apartment is an easy walk to the MBTA Green Line (D), shops, restaurants and nature trails. Virtual tour encouraged and available upon request. Here's want the current renters have to say: June 17th, 2020 21 Elliot Terrace is an amazing apartment! My roommates and I (4 young women working and or attending graduate school in the area) have thoroughly enjoyed living here for the past 2 years. The apartment is huge - 2 floors, a large living room, dining room, kitchen, and porch, plus ample storage space between the multiple common area closets, attic, and basement. It's also beautiful with a recently renovated full bathroom and kitchen, hardwood floors throughout, and tons of direct sunlight! There's a walking / biking path right behind the apartment which was perfect for taking our dog for walks, and right on the other side of the path is Needham St. which has a bunch of great shops (for reference - Stop & Shop is about a 3-minute walk from the apartment). The neighborhood is very cute and quaint, but close to major highways like 95 and the Mass Pike. The landlords are super nice and helpful - any time we've had a question or request they respond and resolve the issue very quickly and in general it's been a complete pleasure working with them!
