Great 1 Bedroom Apartment. Bright, clean, newer carpeting and paint, appliances. No smoking and no pets. Quiet building and tenants. Close to 395, RT 6. No laundry, but laundromat easy walk across the street. Rent is $700 per month for 1 person and $800 for 2 people. Security deposit and background check ( $35.00 application fee). Owner pays trash,water,sewage. Tenants pay heat and hot water. It's electric heat and hot water but it's reasonable. I've been told by current tenant that it is approximately $100 per month in cold weather and less in warm weather.
