It is part way up the mountain side overlooking the Pend Oreille Lake and is very close to highway 200. The bottom floor is the rental. It is above ground on the lake side with the back along the mountain. It has a new bedroom and bathroom built on with double glass doors that overlook the lake. The windows along the lake side all have lake views. It has a bathroom in the new bedroom and another bathroom next to the second bedroom. There is a kitchenette room and another entry/exit by the second bedroom. It will have a brand new LG stackable washer and dryer set (being installed April 4). It has its own lake view driveway area. The owners, two 80 year old seniors, live in the upstairs which has no shared access to the downstairs. Their driveway is slightly higher up the mountain side. It is very close to Pend Oreille Resort and has gorgeous views of the lake and mountains. The lease would be for one year at a time. No pets are allowed. No smoking.
