Games: You will find an assortment of tabletop games in the storage across from the bathroom. Parking: There is one parking spot available in the parking lot for Unit 4. Street parking is available but be sure to observe street signs. Garbage: The building has a dumpster on the far end of the parking lot. Laundry: Please help yourself to use of the washer and dryer within the unit included with your reservation. In the storage closet across from the bathroom you will also find extra blankets, towels, wash-cloths, and extension cables. House Rules: House Rules: 1. No smoking of any kind inside of the home. 2. No elicit/illegal drug use or criminal activity inside the home whatsoever. 3. No pets. 4. No parties of any kind. 5. No persons overnighting in unit that were not included in the reservation. 6. Please respect the other tenants in the building. All other units in this building are quiet, long-term tenants and members of the community. 7. Quiet hours are after 10 PM. 8. Please restore the kitchen and take out any trash prior to departing. 9. Please utilize the foyer to hang wet apparel and place muddy or wet shoes before entering.
