Street parking is available but be sure to observe street signs. Garbage: The building has a dumpster on the far end of the parking lot. Laundry: Please help yourself to use of the washer and dryer within the unit included with your reservation. In the storage closet across from the bathroom you will also find extra blankets, towels, wash-cloths, and extension cables. House Rules: House Rules: 1. No smoking of any kind inside of the home. 2. No elicit/illegal drug use or criminal activity inside the home whatsoever. 3. No pets. 4. No parties of any kind. 5. No persons overnighting in unit that were not included in the reservation. 6.
