There is a spacious living room, fully equipped eat-in kitchen and separate formal dining room. On the front of the house is a large porch with a gas grill and plenty of seating to enjoy the salty air. Also outside on the property is a picnic tale, patio set, and clothes line. There are numerous ceiling fans throughout the house to help keep it cool during the summer. Just down the street from this property are small beach shops, local restaurants, and a seasonal arcade. This house can accommodate up to 6 people with parking for 4 vehicles. There are no pets or smoking/vaping allowed. A security deposit of One Month's Rent is required. 7 month lease. Renter pays all utilities.
