This is a beautiful home with a private setting walking distance to Frear Park, close to a bus line, with recently installed glass backsplash, and all new windows with a new patio slider door. Neighborhood Description I LOVE this neighborhood, great people, well kept homes, friendly people who love their dogs. They walk their dogs and walk them regularly and pick up after them. All the dogs in the neighborhood I know by name. The owners stop by and visit with my dog when my dog is hooked up out in the front. The neighborhood is located with in walking distance of Frear Park with walking paths. The neighborhood is more like a country setting where there are very little cars passing by. The cars that go by the house are the ones that live on the block. Center View Drive is just one block long and at the end of our block it wraps around to Pointview Drive(no thru traffic) We are within walking distance of a bus stop, doctors, drug stores, hospitals, etc. The most wonderful thing about our neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, almost like being in the country.
