The Candlelight Terrace Condominiums reside on a cul-de-sac, just off of Route 5 in Wilder. Super easy living. I lived in this condo for 9 years and have rented it for the last 2 years to an amazing couple. I have never needed to fix anything. Over the past few years I have added a garbage disposal, an over the range microwave, installed new deep soak bathtub/walls, bathroom ceiling/walls, bathroom vanity, kitchen counter tops, and a brand new sliding glass door. If you have a cellphone, then you really only have two utility bills to pay, Green Mountain Power electricity, and Comcast cable/internet. Everything else is included in the condo dues...garbage/recycling, snow removal, landscaping, water, and sewer. 3 mi from Dartmouth College and Medical School, 6.5 mi to Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center (DHMC). Neighborhood Description: Access to the local bike path is right across from the driveway. Dothan Brook Elementary School with fun playground .5 mi up the road. King Arthur Flour Company 2 mi up the road. 3 mi from the Appalachian Trail and Montshire Museum for kids. 1.5 mi from the Wilder Dam boat launch and fish hatchery.
