Both rooms are paved with rough-hewn slate flooring. The cabin is serviced by new 120 amp electrical service from New York State Electric and Gas, cable television and broadband Internet service from Cablevision, and multi-line telephone service from Verizon. Water is supplied from a new, private well on the property, and heating is provided from both a new oil burner with new underground oil tank, and new baseboard electric heating. Outbuildings on the property include a recently renovated garage, a small playhouse, and the lodge's original outhouse which is now used for storage.
