Regular wear and tear or smaller issues ( replacement of bulb , or a broken toilet seat - anything under $50 ) needs to be taken care by tenant. 8. Garbage clean up and sharing garbage space with main level tenant 9. Regular lawn mowing and snow clean up is Tenants responsibility. We have the mower that they can use. Please coordinate with main level tenant for helping and sharing these chores. 10.
