Needs work, plumbing, electric/ most outlets don't work,basement floods with standing water, Windows are broken, backyard stays wet,oil heater needs work ,water pump is out,need knew one, no electric in garage, needs a lot of work.t toilet plumbing doesn't work sink is broken, kitchen sink leaks bad ,needs knew pipes, sewer leaks in basement major water leak under ground from road to house , yes it should be taken down and rebuilt but yard is nice,needs knew oil furnace doesn't work,no heat in house , no water leak is to bad no water makes to the house,only one electric plug working in the first floor,needs knew 210 wiring.
