The interior is bright with windows throughout. All the bedrooms have generous closet space, and there is additional hanging closet space in the basement. Downstairs in the basement there are 3 additional unfinished storage/shop rooms, and washer/dryer available (Users will be responsible for any maintenance that arises, and must be left in working order). There are interior and exterior access to the basement with a single garage door (with a remote door control) and room for 1 car. There's room for additional vehicles in the generous driveway space, with outdoor lighting A completed Zillow online application submission is required by each planned occupant for consideration before a tour will be considered. No sublet allowed, as noted. ADA Service Dogs are welcome, of course, without pet fee. Documentation of training is requested. Emotional support animals are not service animals under the ADA. They and other pets will be considered after interview if they will not disturb the neighbors, with a non refundable pet fee of $350 after interview with owner and pet. Please Note: There is an old partially downed, partially removed tree remnant from Hurricane Helene across the back corner of the lot that will be removed by hurricane recovery services. In the meantime it would not be safe for anyone to go near that area. No date has yet been provided for removal, nor their needs in terms of how they will approach the project, The driveway may be unavailable for a short time when this occurs. Tenants will be advised as information becomes available. 1. Proof of tenant insurance (copy of Declaration Page) must be provided prior to move-in, for standard Tenant amount of $100,000, or lease will be terminated automatically. 2. No subletting allowed. All occupants must be screened via Zillow application, credit check with credit report, and Employment references, or documentation of income if self employed. No changes allowed for duration of lease. 3. Pet policy is flexible, with notes in listing details. 4. Tenants will be responsible for yard maintenance, including lawn care, fall clean-up, etc. Gutters will be cleaned professionally with service provided by landlord. 5. Tenants will be responsible for all utility services such as electric, water,... 6. There is a working fireplace. If it is used there will be a fee for chimney cleaning services in Spring to be paid to landlord after presentation of the bill by a professional chimney sweep service by the next scheduled rent payment due date. Any non-cleaning/sweep fees such as structural repair, parts, replacement will be covered by the landlord. Accommodation of this service including driveway access to service vehicles, equipment, and interior access to fireplace must be accommodated on a prearranged agreed schedule. This may mean the driveway needs to be emptied for the duration of the service (usually a four hour window) once per year. If tenant(s) do not comply this will serve as grounds for lease termination.
