SENIORS LOOK NO FURTHER!! Casanovas Cove is a family run hotel business that features studios and small cabins for 1 person, for people ages 55 and up only. Monthly rentals are 950 monthly. All studios and cabins come with all utilities, CABLE AND WIFI are on the premises should you care to use our services at casanovas but are not included in the rent, you can obtain your own services or if on a low income we can use ours as well. All studios are clean and furnished but NO Kitchen (ask for details for cooking) and 1 mile or so to the village of lake george. Trolleys pick up at the edge of the driveway for transportation which is seasonal. Cook out and camp fires . NO DOGS ALLOWED Month to month, only cats allowed, 55 and older senior residence. utilities only included with the rent. wifi, internet and cable are on the premises for those who can not afford additional expenses however it is not included in your rent. they are paid by casanovas to help our seniors on limited income as well as post office service. you have the option to get your own services or a p.o. box if you dont want mail coming to our central mailbox. 30 day is required should you relocate.
