Any complaints or law enforcement calls may result in warnings or termination of lease. *Insurance Requirement Tenant is required to obtain renter's insurance with liability coverage and provide proof within 10 days of move-in. *Emergency Access Landlord may enter the property without notice in the event of an emergency or suspected damage, such as water leaks or fire hazards. *Early Termination In the event the tenant terminates the lease early without cause, tenant remains responsible for rent until the unit is re-leased, along with a reletting fee (as allowed by law).
