    Thank you for visiting our listing. PRE-APPLICATIONS (Simple) BEING ACCEPTED NOW! Property completed ground-up restoration and remodel. Only a few tenants have occupied the unit and all have been longer term. Everything is nearly new and all appliances and equipment is of the highest caliber with respected brand names. Unit is approx. 1200 sq feet on first floor with a enclosed screened porch and finished basement. Unit is located in the city of FAIRLAWN OHIO. (West of Akron) Not the city of Akron. The unit is currently OCCUPIED so no showings available until July 5. !! If you message me and ask for a pre-application, I will reply to you with our standard application as an attachment. This post allows prospects an opportunity to plan ahead by submitting a pre- application before July 5. We will set an appointment for most qualified prospects to view privately (On or after July 5) or during the planned open house event later in the month of July. Those who submit early will receive first opportunity to view the unit and potentially rent the unit. The early bird may indeed get the worm. Offers and early deposits are also accepted. NOTICE: you may wish to submit a PRE-APPLICATION that contains salary and current address and employment/rental history information. You can omit social security, bank, credit card, license number etc. for the time being and until we make our selection. References and employment history are desirable. We will use the pre-application to screen candidates and set-up viewing times on or after July 5. The more information included on the pre-application, the easier it will be for an accurate evaluation and consideration. Feel free to omit confidential details according to preference. Unit will be un-occupied on July 5, 2022 and will need slight touch-up and cleaning to make ready for next tenant. As stated above, IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO SEE THE UNIT AHEAD OF July 5! Please do not visit the unit or disturb the existing tenant. It's possible to begin your move early (late July) at no additional charge. Rent will not start until August 1. If you do not feel comfortable filing a pre- application early THEN you will have to wait until the open house event. OR, at minimum, after July 5. Tentative Open house date July 23, 2022 at 1:00pm NO SECTION 8. Need strong cash flow to qualify. Credit history is a minor consideration as we are more concerned with current cash flow situation and a few good references. Only Dogs and/or cats allowed with maximum of 2 dogs or cats. We usually do not charge extra for a dog or cat, etc. Tenant profile desired: Professional, mature, well qualified. Someone who is conscientious, friendly, fair minded and a good neighbor to fit into the community.
