Any neglect of damage caused by the tenant is the responsibility of the tenant to rectify. Upon tenancy, the tenant will be supplied with a fresh set of filters, including water and air conditioner. Tenant will thereafter be responsible for purchasing and replacing these filters per manufacturer's recommended replacement periods. Tenant is also responsible other general consumables.
All major repairs and maintenance are the responsibility of the landlord.
