This is an amazing place in the center of Mammoth Lakes available anytime during the period from 1 NOV 2025 through 30 JUN 2026 (8 months). I am seeking one (1) well established, mature professional/retiree to share this fully furnished home.
The design of this house is adeptly suited for two people to comfortably cohabitate. The prospective individual would occupy the first floor of the house including 2 Bedrooms, a Full/Master Bath, a very nice Living Room, and this individual would have one of the two parking spots in the garage (designated). The pictures posted in this listing represent what this individual will have access to. However, use of the main living room on the second floor would be available situationally. The kitchen, upstairs dining area, deck, back yard, and laundry room would be shared.
Driveway snow removal, and high-speed internet included in monthly rent. The prospective individual must be willing to reasonably share and/or contribute to completion of household chores such as general cleaning, trash removal, and snow shoveling of deck and back entrance.
