One bedroom upstairs, in front, could be easily split into 2 bedrooms (some houses in this tract have done that). Anything broken was replaced with the best, e.g. York 2 speed A/C Furnace Unit, top of the line Kenmore dishwasher, etc. Association center (pool, weight room, etc) is right on the corner, easy walking, Zillow has trouble with this area - note that all 2146 sq ft homes in this tract have the same layout (neighbor to south has same house, not 3+2).
